First All Central American CS Meeting, Comayagua 2009

Come join what could be a milestone in CS Central America, and help establish a tradition of annual Central American CS meetings.

La Idea / The Idea

Reunir a gente de mente abierta de todo el mundo en un lugar maravilloso por unos dias. Invitarlos a intercambiar ideas, visiones, historias de viaje, etc. además de realizar talleres sobre cualquier cosa. Formar una comunidad!

Este es un evento internacional, miembros de todos los países del mundo están invitados. Que sea el primer encuentro regional!

Gather a bunch of enthusiastic and open minded people from all over Central America in a wonderful place for a weekend. Invite them to share ideas, visions, travelling stories, etc. and give them the opportunity to build new friendships and do about whatever they want to have fun time. Create a community!

Although with a focus on Central American CSers, this is an international event, members from all over the world are invited. Let it be the first regional meeting!


La Meta/The Goal

Acercar a los CSers centroamericanos, y hacer de la región un lugar más chico, reduciendo los prejuicios y cultivando la hermandad por medio de una reunión en el "mundo real". Construir una comunidad CS Centroamericana!

To bring centralamerican CSers closer, and make the region a smaller place, reducing prejudices and building brotherhood through a real life meeting. Build a Central American CS community!

Cuando?/When?

Donde?/Where?
Comayagua, Comayagua, Honduras

Why Honduras? Cuz Honduras is sort of midway for everyone, and so our fellows in Guatemala and El Salvador can join us more easily there [CS Costa Rica is very enthusiastic and we trust them to make their way up there].

Why Comayagua? Cuz our host has a Finca there, and coincidentially Comayagua was the first Capital of Honduras (homeland of Centralamerican Patriot Francisco Morazán).

Como llegar?/How to get there?

Comayagua esta a 80 Km. de Tegucigalpa en tiempo 1 hora.

Hay varios Cs con carros tipo Pick Up que podemos traer a otros cs desde Tagucigalpa.

Nos reuniremos en Comayagua y Rentaremos un bus que nos llevara rumbo al Parque Nacional Montaña de Comayagua (20 minutos) luego una caminata de 45 minutos para llegar al lugar de la acampada.

* Tienda de acampar
* Bolsa de dormir o algo para cubrise en la noche
* Si deseas, bebidas
* Balones e implementos deportivos [para un mundialito de futbol]
* Frisbee
* ropa para nadar
* repelente de mosquitos
* linterna de baterias
* kit básico medico

* Good attitude! and adventure spirit (it's camping!)
* Instruments (Guitar, Drums, Didgeridoo, etc.)
* Tent (as much as you have)
* Sleeping bag or something else to cover you at night
* Alcoholic drinks you might want to consume
* Balls (Volleyball, football, Juggle-balls,
etc.)
* Frisbee
* Swimming Suite, Bikini, trunks
* Mosquito repellent
* Battery lamp
* Medical basic kit
